Bryan Kroten

Bryan Kroten is a dynamic hospitality executive with over 25 years of expertise spanning operations, sales, and marketing within the Las Vegas tourism industry. His career path includes influential roles at USA Hosts, Richard Petty Driving Experience, and Pole Position Raceway, ultimately leading to his current position as Vice President of Marketing at Maverick Helicopters. In this role, Bryan leads the strategic direction and execution of the company’s marketing initiatives—overseeing branding, partnerships, social media, public relations, and product innovation. His leadership has been instrumental in driving Maverick Helicopters’ expansion and growth in Nevada, Arizona, Hawaii, and California.

 A respected figure in the hospitality community, Bryan has served in multiple leadership roles, including President of the Las Vegas Hospitality Association (LVHA), Founding Chairman of the LVHA Foundation (currently serving as Chairman Emeritus), and mentor at the UNLV Hospitality College, helping guide the next generation of industry professionals. His leadership extends to board positions with the UNLV Football Foundation and, previously, Speedway Children's Charities and Andson. Recognized as one of VEGAS INC's "40 Under 40", Bryan exemplifies exceptional leadership in Las Vegas hospitality, dedicating his expertise to elevating both the organizations he serves and the broader Las Vegas community. Born in New York City, Bryan grew up in Chicago before making Las Vegas his home for nearly three decades. In his free time, he enjoys photography, fantasy sports, travel, and spending time with his family.
