Dave Pappas

Dave Pappas is a 30 year Nevada resident who redefined the high-end customer experience by integrating casino marketing and nightlife creating the foundation of success used today by many industry leaders. Currently, Dave is the Co-owner of Fingerprinting Express along with his wife Monica Pappas who founded Fingerprinting Express in Reno, NV in 2003. Fingerprinting Express now has three brick and mortar locations in Las Vegas, Reno and Carson City with more locations opening soon.

Dave was a JC transfer from Scottsdale Community College where he was Team and Defensive Captain, Player of the Year and earned AA Degree. Dave was recruited to UNLV on a full athletic scholarship to UNLV in 1989. He was an immediate starter and impact player at Defensive End earning Team Capitan and Defensive Captain honors.

Dave used the lessons of hard work, leadership, team work, perseverance, dedication in sports to work his way up from the bottom at The Mirage in 1991 as a “Pool Boy” to Vice President of MGM Corporate Casino Marketing. In 2007, Dave moved into Las Vegas nightlife while still performing a casino marketing executive role allowing the complete control of high-end customer experience.

Dave is extremely passionate about giving back to the Las Vegas community. In 2017, Dave Co-founded Community Lifters, a grassroots volunteer group that provides busy executives and professionals the opportunity to volunteer for non-profit organizations. In addition to the UNLV Football Foundation Board, Dave is also on the Boys and Girls Club committee for Boys Nite Out and is Vice Commander for Son’s of the AMVETS, Son’s of American Legion.
